 The Session Process

Susan's role is to facilitate positive change with the intention of aligning you with your highest good by remotely identifying and optimizing the frequency wave patterns held in the subtle energy fields of your consciousness and your body that keep your problems in place. Many people experience changes immediately. For others, it takes longer. If the end of the scheduled session time comes, and it appears there is more to work on, options will be discussed at that time.

Susan Newman makes no guarantees or promises as to the outcome of the session. Everyone is different, and no two sessions or problems are the same.

Scheduling

Please call 913-890-3369 or fill out the contact form on this website, or email Susan@HolofieldHealing.com to schedule an appointment. The average session length for individuals is about an hour, and for couples/family, 90 minutes.

Session appointments are on the phone or through Zoom and are generally available from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, Central Time. If you live outside of North America, Susan will work with you to arrange a mutually agreeable time. You can check your time zone here. Susan will initiate the phone call or Zoom call at the time of the session.

Fees

Individual session with Susan -  (60 minutes) $150

Couple/Family session with Susan -  (90 minutes) $195

Space Clearing  (for average residential home) $250

No refunds on sessions, courses, or events after they have been delivered.

Payment Procedure

All sessions are paid in advance by PayPal, check, or cash/money order. Your session/s can be conducted after this agreement is acknowledged and on file and your payment is received. Any changes to the procedure must be mutually agreed upon in writing.

Session Time and Call Procedure

Sessions are by appointment only. Individual sessions last approximately one hour, couple/family sessions about 90 minutes. In between sessions, if you wish to briefly connect with Susan with a challenge, a success, or an inquiry, she will make every attempt to respond within 24 hours with an email or short phone call. She provides this extra level of service at no additional charge.

Late, Missed, and Cancelled Sessions

Keeping appointments and staying on time is in everyone's best interest. You will want to make the most of your appointment time, and other clients also count on getting their appointments on time. Please give at least a 24-hour notice of cancellation whenever possible. If you have already paid for a session but are not available when Susan calls you, a session may be performed for you in your absence during your session time, and Susan will email the results to you. If Susan should need to reschedule, she will make every attempt to give you at least 24 hours' notice as well, barring an emergency or illness.

Communication

Susan's most sincere intention is to have a professional relationship with every client that is fully open, honest, real, and trusting. She is very aware that communication styles, word choice, and vernaculars differ from person to person and wants to honor that with each client. Should she ever say or do anything that feels uncomfortable or upsetting to you or doesn't feel right in any way, please bring it to her attention to be resolved as soon as possible. Extra challenges occur during a phone or email communication since body language, facial expressions, etc., cannot be observed. Therefore, plenty of latitude is given to one another, and you should promptly ask for clarification if there is a misconnection.

Recording Sessions Are Not Permitted

Sessions are private and sacred. Change and healing occur in what is termed the "Zero Point Field" of pure potentiality where time and space do not exist. Relistening to your session and intellectually analyzing it can be counterproductive. Many clients have experienced change so profound that they forget they ever had a problem, and that's a good thing. Susan's session notes will be offered to you, and you may feel free to take as many notes as you like; however, you do not have permission to record. Thank you for honoring this request.

Confidentiality

The information you furnish Susan will remain confidential unless you give her specific permission to release the information or if she is required by law to release it. In an emergency, information may be released to an appropriate party in accordance with acceptable professional practices. Holofield Healing values your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or give your information to anyone.

Susan's Office Hours

Susan does not answer the phone or respond to emails from Friday 5:00 p.m. Central Time through Sunday. During all other times, Susan's goal is to reply to you within 24 hours.



Waiver and Release

I, _________________________________, have read and fully understand the Session Consent and Agreement, and my signed submission or emailed consent is my agreement to purchase and receive one or more energy healing sessions, now or in the future, from Susan Newman of Holofield Healing.

The modalities used at Holofield Healing appear to have promising mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health benefits. Still, they have yet to be fully researched by the Western academic, medical, and psychological communities. Since Holofield Healing uses relatively new energy-based healing approaches and the extent of its effectiveness and its risks and benefits are not fully known, you agree to assume and accept full responsibility for any and all risks associated with using the energy work of Holofield Healing. Holofield Healing / Susan Newman makes no guarantee or promises as to the outcome of the session. We are all different, and no two problems, sessions, or outcomes are the same.

The information presented during a session is not intended to represent that the modalities used at Holofield Healing are used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or psychological disorder. Your participation in any of the energy sessions offered by Holofield Healing is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. You understand that you are advised to continue any physical or psychological treatment that you are currently receiving. In addition, you understand that any information shared during a session is NOT to be considered a recommendation that you stop seeing any of your health care professionals or stop using prescribed medication, if any, without consulting with your health care professional, even if the outcome of an energy session indicates that such medication or therapy is unnecessary. Please be advised that in participating in an energy session, it is possible to experience some emotional distress and/or physical sensations that could be perceived as negative side effects. You agree to take full responsibility for your self-care in the emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual dimensions of your life and to seek professional advice as appropriate before making any health decisions, including using Holofield Healing. Further, you assume and agree to accept full and complete responsibility for applying what you may learn from participating in a session with yourself or others.

Any stories or testimonials presented on this website or during a session, or in informal conversation, do not constitute a warranty, guarantee, or prediction regarding an individual's outcome using Holofield Healing for a particular issue.

Except in the case of gross negligence or malpractice, my representative(s) or I agree to fully release and hold harmless Susan Newman/Holofield Healing, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Light Tree Creative, LLC,  from and against any and all claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of or in connection with my session(s).
